Plan of Net Affective
Pre-controlled Meals
IMPORTANT: YOU MUST SPREAD YOUR MEALS TO
6 PER DAY.
Your dairy and
shake is counted as a meal. This keeps your metabolism moving by doing
it this way. Eat all your meals, this is very important.
Meals
are:

Fresh Frozen
- No preservatives
- No processed
food items
- No MSG
Drink
64 ounces of water daily:
You can eat
as much salad as you wish. It is recommended to have a salad with your
entree. Lettuce and Shakes are not included in your
items.
Free
Foods:
You may have
as much of the FREE foods as you wish. They are not counted in your
daily carbohydrate count. Keep that in mind when choosing your daily
meals.
Shakes:
The shake
is a meal replacement and is vital part of your Plan. You must have
one per day. It speeds the digestive process and helps to detoxify the
body. We suggest Myoplex Carbsense Ready to Drink.
Vitamins:

Cooking
Instructions:
All items
are packed in a convenient microwavable container. Remove item from
container into microwaveable dish and set in the Microwave for 1 to
3 minutes. Or transfer food to a baking dish and cook in a conventional
oven at 350 for 5 to 10 minutes. Time and temperature may vary.
SUGGESTION:
When order
is received it is suggested to pull half of your freezer items that
you plan on eating and place them in the refrigerator, then a few days
later pull the remaining items from the freezer and place them in the
refrigerator. This makes microwaving simple.
