Take half of your food immediately and put it in the refrigerator so it can thaw slowly, it microwaves better. Remove food out of packing, and place in microwavable plate.
As you use your items pull more out of the freezer. The food heats better when partially thawed. If you wish to have a frozen item, put it in the microwave under defrost for 2 minutes then 2 minutes on high for approximately 2 minutes, microwaves vary.

Lunch: Lunch Choice with salad is recommended
Snack: Can be cottage cheese, yogurt, a glass of milk, preferably a dairy product
Dinner: Dinner choice, a salad is also recommended or you can have your side order. The side and dinner may be separated to make the sixth meal.
Dessert: We only recommend 3 per week for prevent over indulgences.
Eat consistently, with your selected portions, that's to keep your metabolism going. You can eat just about anything as long as it's PORTION CONTROLLED. That's the key. Eventually you will automatically find yourself eating small portions on a normal basis all on your own.
